Access to culturally and linguistically matched quality individual/family therapy. Rather you are insured or uninsured ROSE can connect you with a therapist to meet your mental health care needs. Financial assistance with six free mental health sessions for those uninsured, approved upon request and available funds.

 

Taking Care of Us Mobile Workshop

A free 1.5 hour workshop teaching groups/families how to identify, respond, and support loved ones through mental health challenges without causing greater harm. Practical tools for managing self care and improving mental health dialogue within the family unit. Topics can vary depending on group needs/requests (donations accepted). 

Traumatic Experience Rapid Connection

A free mobile community wide crisis response. A group style session with a licensed professional and other community partners to provide rapid access to mental health information and connection to resources for tragedies that have a large community impact (donations accepted). 

 

Mental Health Skills Group Training

A group therapy format providing practical coping skills to care for your mental health. We use a modified version of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is a research-backed, targeted skills training for individuals/teens who struggle with regulating emotions and who experience ups and downs. This 8 to 12 week skills training program serves adult/youth residential programs, youth groups, and school based programs and can be customized to your group’s specific needs. Primary module focuses are mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and our newest section on social media and mental health (fee for service).
